Quick Links are placed on the top of the SwiftKanban application and accessible on all screens.
The most frequently accessed links and widgets that appear on the top are:
Besides the Quick links, the toolbar displays the 'Help and Support' and Module menus.
The Inbox widget on the top toolbar flashes a count of items assigned to youl. On clicking the widget, it shows a list of five most recent backlog items (User Stories/Defects/ Issues), where you are assigned as one of the ‘Owner’.

On hovering over the item, the card on the board is highlighted at the background. You can click an Inbox item, to go to the card and view its detailsin the Edit Card pop-up.
To view a list of all cards assigned to you, click View All.
The Inbox Items count disappears if you click the icon to open the widget, even if you haven't opened the items. The unread items are indicated by the bold font. To mark them as 'Read', click the View All Items link in the widget, and in the Inbox list, click the Mark all as read link. The Items change to Normal font.
On subscribing to receive notifications in the Notification widget, the Notifications widget in the Quick Links flashes the count of notifications received. The Notifications are received for various events occurring related to a card in which you are the ‘Current Owner’. It also notifies about card movements for other cards such as a user on your board blocks a card.
On clicking the Notifications widget, it shows most recent five events displaying as cards.:

On hovering over the item, the card on the board is highlighted at the background. By clicking the event in the Notification Widget, the card details appear in the Edit card pop-up. To close the widget, click the Close (x) icon on the toolbar.
To view all notifications, click See All Notifications. It shows the events for fifteen days, including current date. You can expand and collapse the Day headers to view and hide the events to reduce scrolling.

The Quick Tour widget describes the user interface to get started with the features available on the selected screen. You can move to the next and previous help tip by clicking the icons on the help tip header. To close the widget, click the Close Quick Tour button at the bottom-right corner.
On first few logins for a new user, the video tutorial pop-up automatically appears. You can view the videos that helps you get started with SwiftKanban, manage work on the Kanban Board, and modify the workflow on related screens.
When you log on the SwiftKanban, the Create Board view appears and the Getting Started video tutorial pop-up appears. If you have signed in using your existing Google mail Id, provide a few details required for registration such as your Company name, Intended Use, etc.
Click the Play icon to start the Getting Started video tutorial pop-up. Next time the pop-up appears, click No, thanks, if you do not want to watch it again. Click the Do not show me this screen again check box to prevent it from popping up again.
After you create a board, the Kanban Board appears and with it the video pop-up for managing the board.
When you click the Modify Process icon on the toolbar, the Modify Process (Board Editor) view appears and with it the Modify Your Board video pop-up.
Recent Boards Link is a quick way to navigate to your recently accessed Kanban Board, Backlog, and Analytics instead of navigating through the Boards menu.
Recent Boards widget lists the boards on which you are a team member. The board accessed in your last session tops the list in the widget. You can see last five boards you accessed in the descending order of the last sessions.
To open the Kanban Board, click the board name or the Kanban Board icon displaying against the board name.
To view analytics, click the Analytics icon, and to navigate to the backlog, click the Backlog icon against the board name in the widget.
